Everyone
is always welcome:
There are
no strangers at Freedom Baptist Church. At every service
you will enjoy uplifting music, rock-solid Biblical preaching
and great
fellowship. We want to be the friendliest church you have ever
attended. This page should help make your first visit a pleasurable
experience.
Where do I park?
There is
a large parking lot in the rear of our building. There is also
overflow parking in the Flannigan Bank parking lot just east of
our
building. For special services parking attendants will be on hand
to
help you find a parking space.
What do I wear?
This is a
big question for many. Bottom line:
Freedom Baptist
Church is more concerned with meeting the spiritual needs of you
and your family than what you wear to church! Everyone needs to
wear what makes them comfortable. Come as you are - we just
want to see you.
Where do I go?
Enter the
building on the east side. (see picture at top of this page)
You will be greeted as you enter the common lobby area. In the
lobby there is an information table. Please take a bulletin, a
guest
card, a brochure, a tract and any information you are interested
in.
Our helpful staff will assist you in finding a Sunday School class
that meets your needs or show you to a seat in our auditorium.
What do you have for my
children?
Kids love Freedom Baptist Church. Our clean nursery is easily
accessible and openly visible to our common lobby area. The
nursery is staffed by experienced, caring attendants. There are
Sunday School classes for all ages and, of course a great youth
group for the teens.
At 11am children K through 6th grade go to KING'S
KIDS
while the morning service is underway in the auditorium. It is
a
time of learning, fun and fellowship.
Do I need to give money in the
offering?
No offering
is expected of any visiting guest. The offering is a part
in the service designed for members to give of what the Lord has
blessed them. We would like you put your guest card in the
offering plate. On the card please let us know of any questions,
prayer requests or needs that you have. At Freedom Baptist Church,
we care about you... not your money.
How can I learn more?
Please contact
Pastor Ogle directly at (309) 750-1688 or you may
reach his personal email at freedombaptistchurch@hotmail.com
.
Or better yet, show up for a public service and experience Freedom
Baptist for yourself.
